Event-Related Tax Information

Englewood Health Foundation is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization – EIN: 22-336728.  In accordance with IRS guidelines, contributions may be considered tax-deductible.  The non-deductible portion of event-related contributions are as follows:

  $60 per ticket
• Gala
  $350 per ticket
• Golf Classic
  $650 per participating golfer / $70 per dinner guest
• Heel the Soul
  $110 per ticket
• Walk for Awareness
  100% tax-deductible
